Admission Policy
Students must be at least 16 years old to attend classes at The Circle of Friends. All students are welcome regardless of race, gender, religion, nationality or ethnic origin. These classes and experiences are designed to meet the interests of women and older girls.
NOTE: The Circle of Friends designs all classes to be part of a residential experience. All students will have lodging in the facility as stated for each class. If special circumstances prevail, please call the Center Director to discuss.

How to Register
You may register for classes via this site or by regular mail. Class size is limited to a maximum of 6 students. Note: If two women are willing to share a queen size bed, we can accommodate additional participants. You must register at least 30 days before the class start date. Payment can be made online or follow the directions on the Registration Form attached to this website.

2. Internet: Registration is secure via our on-line registration at this site.

You are not registered until the entire fee is paid. If the class is full, you can add your name to a waiting list on our contact us page or call us.

Fees and Pricing
The fee for all sessions offered for the 2009 year is either $499 or $248 as listed on the calendar. These rates are per person and include class, lodging, most meals, including a champagne luncheon and wine and cheese event. Some classes require an additional material fee. These are noted at the end of the class descriptions and will be collected by the teacher on-site. The teacher will send you more information regarding materials after registration.

Customized Experience
You can create your own class and set your own schedule! Students interested in customizing their Experience may call and discuss the possibilities with the Center Director. Cost will be based on the actual cost of this design plus an organizational fee. Customized Experiences are for a minimum of five students.

Food Policy

Morning coffee and tea will be available for "early risers". Later, a tasty, hot breakfast will be served in the beautiful dining rooms at each B&B venue.  Two catered lunches are also part of the experience.  Champagne is included in the opening day luncheon.  Dinner is on your own.  We won't let you go thirsty by providing cold drinks in the afternoon while you are in class.

The Circle of Friends can only accommodate requests for separate meals based on medical requirements. We do not grant requests that are based on food preferences.

Cancellation Policy
Class registrants who cancel their class registration more than 30 days in advance of their arrival date will receive a refund for the amount paid, minus a $35 per- person processing fee. Those canceling 4 to 30 days before the class start date will receive a refund for the amount paid, minus the $200 deposit. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made fewer than four days before a class begins. No refunds will be issued for students leaving their class early.

Other Refunds and Discounts
Class Cancellation: If Circle of Friends cancels a class, you will have the option of receiving a full refund or registering for another class at a $100 discount. This discount is offered as compensation for any inconvenience the cancellation may have caused. The discount offer remains in effect for all 2009 classes or may be applied toward a customized retreat of your design (see above, Customized Experience).

Accessibility
Although every reasonable effort has been made or is being made to make buildings and grounds accessible for students with physical disabilities, some students may find our campus difficult to negotiate. Please call the Circle of Friends to discuss any concerns you have regarding accessibility.

Lodging Information
Fargo Mansion offers reduced lodging rates to Circle of Friends clients who wish to spend extra nights at the Inn.  Please call (920) 648-3654 to extend your reservation.
